Shipping, Processing and Returns
Processing Times:
Pom poms - Since these items are made to order, I have a processing time of 1-2 weeks. I will always try to get them out as soon as possible, but when it is busy season and I have a lot of orders it may be closer to the 2 week mark. If you need your order urgently, please contact me before ordering so that we can discuss if it is possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
RTS items (stitch markers, ready to ship knit/crochet wear)- 1-2 business days. I will get these items shipped within a day or two of your order, unless they are combined with a pom pom order, in which case the pom pom processing time applies.
Kollage SQUARE™ products will have a processing time of 5-6 business days. We will always try to get them out ASAP, but this allows for extra time in case it gets busy or we have any unexpected issues. If you purchase other products in addition to Kollage SQUARE™ products, sometimes the website can overcharge shipping. I will refund shipping overages if there are any once all items have shipped and I get an accurate shipping total!
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and package size, and of course your location. This provides the most accurate shipping charge for you and avoids any over or under charging for shipping. If you purchase multiple different types of products, occasionally the website can overcharge shipping. I will refund shipping overages if there are any once all items have shipped and I get an accurate shipping total!
Shipping Times:
When you place your order you will be able to select from various shipping options depending on your location. Please note the delivery estimates to ensure that you are selecting an option that works best for you in terms of cost and speed of shipping.
*Please note: I will always make sure to complete your order within my stated processing times, but once the package has been dropped off with Canada Post, the shipping is out of my hands. It is possible that there may be delays with Canada Post due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. You are always welcome to contact me if you are waiting for your package and I will work with you to figure out the status of your package.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns/Refunds
Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Physical products may be eligible for return/refund, but will be dealt with on a case by case basis depending on the reason for return. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
